The Top 3 Things I’m Doing To Protect Myself Against Covid-19
I live in Queens, NYC. Exactly 2 neighborhoods from the epicenter – Elmhurst Hospital.
The bad news is that the high infection rate is just as expected.
The good news is that many people can protect themselves by self-isolating, social distancing, and hand washing.
But is there more one can do?
Yes.
And here are the top 3 things I make sure to do, to protect myself and loved ones. (To be brief, I’m not going to explain all the benefits – the whys of each. But if more people ask, via comments, I may in a future post).
Here’s my Top 3 Things I Do To Protect Myself Against Covid-19:
1- Follow the doctor-prescribed, 273-year old British Royal Navy remedy* (see ezcitrusjuicer.com for details). It’s simply getting your hi-potency vitamin C, antioxidants, polyphenols, and macro-nutrients. All from 3 fresh-squeezed citrus fruits (1 lemon & 2 orange). It re-supplies your body’s reserves. And you don’t need a squeezer – just use a big wooden spoon or soup spoon cause it’s better than a squeezer. And it’s different from pasteurized since years ago, it was proven that heating it destroys most of the nutrients. So, I drink it alone, without food – at least 1 hour before and after with no other food. Feels Awesome!
2- Do deep breathing exercises first thing in the morning.
Follow the Wim Hof Method breathing technique or deep Yoga breathing. I do this first thing in the morning right after I get out of bed.
3- Get enough sleep. 6 to 8 hours per night. I sleep at least 6 uninterrupted hours each night. I need it so that my body has enough time to perform its maintenance phases. Think of it like a daily car tune-up, but for your body.
